001 The Agency was founded on the conviction that businesses deserve more than cookie-cutter strategies and disconnected execution.

With decades of combined experience in marketing, growth strategy, and business transformation, we repeatedly saw the same challenge:
vision, sales, marketing, and technology operating in silos — creating friction, waste, and missed opportunities.

Instead of optimizing parts, we chose to redesign the whole.

That decision led to the creation of the Growth Blueprint, anchored by the Strategic Growth Roadmap—the first step in our methodology. By starting with diagnostics and alignment, we ensure that execution supports the vision — not the other way around.

With over 10 years leading growth strategy across North America and beyond, I work with founders and leaders who have found their footing and are ready to scale with intention — not just effort.
My work starts with diagnosis: understanding where vision, marketing, and execution are out of sync. From there, I define the strategy, structure what needs to be built, and direct the team that will execute — whether that's your internal team, a curated network of specialists, or both.
I don't deliver loose tactics. I deliver a system with logic, direction, and the right people to make it run.
Before founding 001, I led growth at Birthing of Giants, advised investment portfolio companies on GTM strategy, and spent years working inside B2B SaaS — learning what breaks when strategy and execution aren't connected. I built my first digital platform in 2015. That background — as a founder, an operator, and a strategist — is what lets me walk into a business and quickly see what's blocking growth.
